Brett N. AndersonBrett N. Anderson concentrates his practice on commercial and real estate litigation, telecommunications law, banking and lending litigation, construction defects litigation and general insurance defense and subrogation matters. Brett completed a one year judicial clerkship with the US Bankrupcy Court, Western District of Virginia, where he worked with Chief Judge Ross W. Krumm. Brett was previously an extern for the honorable Lawrence L. Koontz, Jr., Supreme Court of Virginia. Brett was also an extern for The Honorable Earl C. Carroll, US District Court for the District of Arizona. He was named as a "Rising Star" for 2007 by Washington Law and Politics magazine.
